1. General Terms & Consent

By using lk33's website and services, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

lk33's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Personal Use

lk33 accounts may only be created and used for personal, recreational purposes. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create a valid account on lk33, users must provide accurate and complete information. Name, contact details, and all other required information must be truthful. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure.

• Each user may create only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• Account details are non-transferable and may not be sold or rented.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

lk33 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. If the required documents are not submitted, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended. Some services may remain limited until the verification process is complete.

3. Deposit & Payment Rules

For deposits on lk33, we support only Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

• You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, lk33 may hold those funds until an investigation is completed.
• Deposits may take a few minutes to process — depending on the service provider.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Active bonus terms must be met before a withdrawal can be made. lk33 may take up to 45 minutes to process a withdrawal request. However, delays may occur due to system maintenance or verification.

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same method used for the deposit.
• For accountability, funds are returned to the same mobile number.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

lk33 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Several conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus is received, the bonus may be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, lk33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus.
• lk33 may modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice.

5. VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

lk33's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback and exclusive benefits are provided at each tier. It is possible to reach higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP membership and associated benefits are at lk33's discretion. If a rule violation is proven on an account, VIP membership may be cancelled.

6. Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lk33 platform. If detected, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or claiming promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
• Using any automated software or bots to play.
• Attempting to control game outcomes through secret arrangements with other users.
• Falsifying personal information or using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.

lk33 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary action.

7. Responsible Gaming Terms

lk33 treats responsible gaming as its top priority. We believe betting should be an entertaining experience — not a source of financial problems.

10.2 Closure at lk33's Initiative

lk33 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

11. Limitation of Liability
